Refund Policy

One payment, one clip

A single $8.99 USD charge puts 150 credits in your balance, and any one clip, on any of the five templates, spends those 150 credits. In the euro area the charge is €8.99, taken in euros. RapZap sells no subscription, so the only way you pay again is by choosing to buy again.

Automatic credit restore

• A generation that fails, or that our content policy blocks, after credits were deducted puts those credits back into your balance with no action needed from you.
• Each generation can be restored once, and the status page shows when the credits are back.
• With restored credits you can run the template again, using the original photos or new ones, in that same browser, without paying anything more.
• Credits live in your browser’s anonymous session, valid for 30 days, and do not transfer to any other browser or device.

Still rendering is not a failure

An AI clip can need a little patience. A video that is still being processed has not failed, so no credits come back while it is in progress. Instead of buying again for the same photos, keep checking the status page from the browser you started in.

Requesting a cash refund

Restored credits and refunded money are two separate things, and money is never refunded automatically. If you believe a refund is due, say because Stripe charged you twice or you paid and the credits never became usable, reach us no later than 7 days after the payment. Give us the payment date, the amount and, where available, the email address printed on your Stripe receipt. Once those 7 days have passed, a request normally will not qualify for a cash refund.

We look at each request on its own facts. Because every clip consumes paid AI processing, a clip that rendered fine but simply did not match your expectations does not usually earn a cash refund. When we do refund a payment, whatever credits from it are still unspent get removed from your balance.

Refund rights you hold under the consumer law of the place you live are not limited by anything in this policy.
